Fitness training is more effective when you use a life coach.
A coach is specially trained to help you clarify
your goals, discover your own inspiration, and keep you on track
so that you get the most benefit from each fitness training session.
You may already know your goals, for example, lose 10kg or tone
up for summer. Though what is at the heart of this goal, what drives
you to reach this goal? If you do not have a burning desire to
lose weight or get toned, it may be a tough battle to win.
Your coach will work with you to uncover the purpose behind your
goals, and once discovered your natural enthusiasm will drive you
into action. On those days when it all seems too much, you will
have your fitness trainer and your coach to support you and remind
you of how wonderful you will feel in the not too distant future.
Your coach will also be there to celebrate your victories, and
encourage you to apply these successes in other areas of your life.
